id : About the projects
DataBird was a full-stack project management challenge: I came in to rebuild both the brand identity and the website from scratch, acting as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution. Over two years, I went from designing wireframes in Figma and developing the site in Webflow, to owning its continuous improvement with user stories, A/B testing, CRO, and KPI reporting to the leadership team.
